I am a little behind on posting...we've been super busy! My parents came to spend part of Spring Break with us. It rained the first part of the week, but on Wednesday it was beautiful. We went to the Abilene Zoo and we had a blast!

Lahna kept saying "kitty kitty" when she saw the jaguar.
I just love watching the giraffes. They didn't come out at first when we were there, but they came out toward the end. Of course everyone flocked to them like a swarm of bees.

Lahna and Grandma are looking at a funny bird. We threw some food toward it and it ate it right up.
Lahna was not thrilled about the caterpillar.
This was by far Ethan's favorite part of the whole zoo. He loved to feed the fish and ducks. If you'd let him, he would stay there all day to feed those ducks and fish.
This was Ethan's second favorite part, the monkeys. These monkeys were just to funny. They must have had their bananas today because they were very active. It was very entertaining to say the least. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to go back to see the other exhibits that are under construction.
